How does chondroitin works for joint health?
Chondroitin is usually used in combination with glucosamine.Glucosamine provides the building blocks to synthesize new cartilage and Chondroitin blocks destructive enzymes that break down cartilage in the joints.Chondroitin also is one of the products necessary for the synthesis of glycosaminoglycans.
